Clann Mór welcomes suggestions, compliments and complaints from residents, family/representatives, and visitors.
All comments or complaints shall be viewed as an opportunity for Clann Mór to continually improve the quality of care and service provided to the resident.
Residents and their family/representatives can make a complaint and know that it will be dealt with seriously and will not affect the quality of care provided to the resident in any way.
Clann Mór have a Complaints Policy. Staff are required to take complaints seriously and management follow up on any complaint or comments made.
