Thank you so much for your interest in the Clann Mór Kindness Day Challenge.

It is really simple to take part & below you will find everything you need.

On the page below, please see an image of a ‘Kindness Tree’, please feel free to print this one out or if you are feeling creative, create your own version of a ‘Kindness Tree’, we would love to see and share your creativity!

Once you have your tree, please add your Kindness messages using either using post-it notes, simply writing the messages on the tree & share your tree with us.

It is the simple things that matter, please see below some suggestions;

  • Doing the washing up without being asked
  • Sending your Granny a letter
  • Calling or Zooming someone who may be feeling lonely
  • Playing a game with your little brother or sister
  • Leaving someone a parking ticket (if there is still time left on it) 😊

It could be anything, all we ask is that you try and bring a smile to someone’s face.

We can’t wait to see pictures of you spreading the Kindness in the name of Clann Mór. 

World Kindness Day (13th November) is to highlight good deeds in the community focusing on the positive power and the common thread of kindness which binds us.

Kindness is a fundamental part of the human condition which bridges the divides of race, religion, politics, gender, disability and location.
