Clann Mór support individuals with intellectual disabilities to live independently in their home. We have 10 houses and an outreach apartment around Meath where residents are supported to live the best life they can.

The people who stay in our houses are adults with mild and moderate intellectual disabilities. Clann Mór staff support these people to live permanently in community-based homes.
